Dr. Richard Jones Asase is a Compliance Investigator with the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) with close to 15 years’ experience in the field. He is the Lead Consultant for Jarfid consults Limited, where he has assisted many enterprises with successful financial and strategic analysis and recommendations. He is also the Managing Director and Board secretary to After my Heart Global Foundation Incorporated, Ghana branch.

Dr. Asase also serves as a Board member with Afriglobal Company Limited. He is a Director and Board Secretary of Pragmatic Communications Limited. He is a seasoned Project Management Professional and who has executed a lot of projects successfully within his domain. He holds a Professional Doctorate in Project Management and he is Fellow of the Institute of Project Management Professionals.

Richard holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Open University of Malaysia. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Strategic Management from the Business University of Costa Rica. He is a Certified Global Business Analyst, a Certified Business Consultant and a Doctoral Fellow of the Institute of Certified Business Analysts and Consultants, where he also serves as the National President and holds a Professional Doctorate in Business Analysis.

Richard is a Financial and Investment Analyst and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analysts.
Richard is a licensed ADR practitioner and holds a Professional Executive Masters in Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is a member of the Ghana National Association of ADR Practitioners.
